2014

The First Flame

Cafe Rio opens its doors for the very first time on Highland Dr, Millcreek. A tiny kitchen, a big dream, and a handful of loyal regulars who believed in us from day one.

2016

Community Recognition

Named "Best New Restaurant" by the local food community. We expanded our dining room and introduced our now-iconic weekend brunch menu.

2018

Catering & Events Launch

We brought the Cafe Rio experience beyond our four walls — launching our full catering service for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations across United States.

2020

Adapting & Giving Back

During a challenging time for everyone, Cafe Rio pivoted quickly to online ordering and delivery. We also partnered with local food banks to donate thousands of meals to families in need.

2022

Menu Reinvention

Collaborated with guest chefs and nutritionists to expand our menu with plant-based, gluten-friendly, and globally-inspired dishes — welcoming an even wider community to our table.

2024

10 Years & Growing Strong
